Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the BBQ or accessory is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping center; please note that heavy freight items may require a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
