We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location and the weight of the grill. Free shipping is available for all orders over $999 within the continental United States.

What is your return policy for grills and accessories?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large freight items like built-in grills.

Do you offer assembly services for new purchases?

Yes, we provide professional white-glove assembly and installation services in select metropolitan areas for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.

How do I claim a warranty on my Joe's BBQ product?

All our grills come with a manufacturer's warranty. To start a claim, please keep your proof of purchase and contact our support team with photos of the defect and your serial number.

Are your BBQs suitable for natural gas or propane?

Most of our models are available in both configurations. Please ensure you select the correct fuel type (Natural Gas or Liquid Propane) at the time of purchase, as conversion kits are sold separately.
